1. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another date if the event is rescheduled.
2. The full balance due on all bookings is payable no later than 21 days before the event date, and all final numbers and requirements should be confirmed 4 weeks before the event date.
** The only exception to this would be organised events such as fund raising balls and corporate events where payment for our services is to be forwarded within 14 days of the event having taken place.
3. In the event of a cancellation, the full balance on all items previously booked and reserved for you will still be payable for,
if cancelled within 4 months of the event date.
4. All items hired out from us shall be collected back and expected to be accounted for. You would be notified of any items found to be missing, broken or damaged beyond a reasonable repair, as these items would then have to be charged for in order to help cover the cost of replacement.
USING OUR SERVICES MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND SHALL ADHERE TO THEM.
